Bertha Lee working with Barry Taylor of Comedy Records explored the creation of a series of short films to appreciate and creatively capture 8 comedians from Winnipeg. A lesser known community of comedians are captured performing on stage at the Gas Station Arts Centre May 3rd, 2022 as part of the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. The series includes a documentary short Winnipeg’s Comedy Community answering questions like, ‘where do comedians go to find their own laughs, what does comedy mean to them?’
